Eclipse Legal has been introduced to Capita plc

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, has advised Capita plc (“Capita”) on its acquisition of Eclipse Legal Systems for an undisclosed sum. Eclipse Legal provides case management software and services to over 20,000 legal professionals in law firms, alternative business structures, claims departments and commercial organisations.

Lincoln introduced Eclipse Legal Systems to Capita as part of its ongoing corporate relationship. This is the second deal that Lincoln has introduced to Capita, which is testament to the strong working relationship at both the corporate and business management levels.
