The Riverside Company has sold The Rutland Group to PolyOne Corporation
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it has represented The Riverside Company (“Riverside”) in the sale of The Rutland Group (“Rutland” or the “Company”) to PolyOne Corporation (NYSE:POL), a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions.
Rutland, headquartered in Pineville, North Carolina, is a leading specialty company serving the apparel and specialty industrial sectors. The Company boasts innovative formulation and production capabilities for a complete range of screen printing inks and specialty industrial coatings for uses including automotive filtration, medical safety systems and other industrial applications.
