Interplex Microtech, a subsidiary of Interplex Industries, Inc., has been sold to Linxens SA. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Microtech and the sellers. Microtech is a leading French manufacturer of single- and dual-side smartcards.
