Vicki McGregor

My passion is helping people to sell the businesses they have built and nurtured by understanding their story and effectively conveying it to investors and buyers to create maximum value.

Vicki is a corporate financier and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisor with over a decade of experience. She has worked for both privately owned and private equity-backed business across both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Vicki works to understand her clients’ business goals and the motivation of potential buyers and investors to achieve the optimum transaction outcome.

Vicki has worked with technology and technology-enabled service companies across various sub-sectors including information services, e-commerce enablement, human capital and training and education businesses. As a result of her experience, she has a firm understanding of the key value drivers for these businesses and creates a tailored approach to articulating their market differentiation.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Vicki worked in the tax and M&A advisory practice at Deloitte. Previously, she attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Vicki earned a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) from Durham University. She is qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
