Tim Blonn

As a former lender, my intimate knowledge of the underwriting process is an invaluable asset in marketing, negotiating and documenting debt transactions for my clients, resulting in outlier financing solutions that exceed expectations.

Tim advises private equity groups and private companies on a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructurings.

Tim utilizes more than 15 years of advisory, direct lending and capital markets experience to arrange outlier financing solutions for his clients. His extensive network of relationships enables him to provide tailored financing solutions across the capital structure, including senior and unitranche loans, subordinated debt and structured capital.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tim was a commercial lender at GE Capital and Capital One where he structured, negotiated and syndicated middle market healthcare transactions. Previously, Tim was a direct lender at Crestline Denali Capital where he executed broadly syndicated debt transactions across a variety of industries. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ostrow, Reisin, Berk & Abrams.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in both accounting and finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
