Philipp provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies and other businesses in the DACH region.

Philipp leverages deep sector expertise across the software industry to design tailored solutions for a range of transaction types. He has a proven track record of driving growth, expanding product portfolios, navigating shareholder challenges and ensuring sustained success post-acquisition.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Philipp was an Associate at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Earlier in his career, he held roles at KPMG at IEG Investment Banking Group.

Philipp holds a Master of Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He additionally earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
