The Deal
Staufen partnered with Accenture in a strategic sale to enhance value chain transformation and operational excellence for clients. By combining Staufen’s expertise in lean management and manufacturing optimization with Accenture’s digital technologies—such as AI, generative AI, digital twins and supply chain platforms—this partnership will drive efficiency, productivity, sustainability and resilience in manufacturing and supply chains.
