BWK and private shareholders have agreed to sell Rixius to Berlin Packaging

Rixius

Rixius is a Germany-based supplier specialized in rigid packaging for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food and beverage industries across the DACH and Benelux regions. Founded more than 145 years ago, Rixius transformed from a traditional packaging wholesaler into a 360° supply partner. The company offers a wide portfolio of packaging products as well as a range of value-added services, such as personalization, labeling, decoration and sustainability consultancy.

The Deal

Lincoln International managed a swift and focused sale process. With the sale of Rixius to Berlin Packaging, Lincoln achieved a highly successful outcome for the shareholders of Rixius. For Berlin Packaging, the combination with Rixius will strengthen its footprint in Germany and will also expand its offering for the industrial end market.
