Netshape Composites (Suzhou) (NetShape Suzhou) is a China-based leading powder metallurgy products solution provider, serving automotive off-highway equipment, heavy truck equipment, outdoor power equipment, industrial hardware and the soft magnetic compounds market. NetShape Suzhou is also a Chinese market leader in the off-highway equipment market.
The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Mill Point Capital and Metal Powder Products (MPP), working closely with the management team throughout the sale process. Hunan Meihu Intelligent Manufacturing (Meihu Intelligent) is a Chinese leading manufacturer of engine oil pumps and NetShape Suzhou is one of the core suppliers to Meihu Intelligent. This vertical acquisition aims to control technologies and manufacturing processes of the key components of engine oil pumps, lower cost and improve margins and expand business in automotive, equipment and electronics markets.
