The Deal
Under Dubin Clark & Company’s ownership, USSC underwent a notable transformation and achieved significant growth in several key areas. The company expanded its headquarters and U.S. manufacturing facility, developed research and development capabilities, integrated multiple acquisitions and realized meaningful organic growth in three product segments: fire suppression, operator safety and passenger safety.
