Joe provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising advisory services to private equity firms and corporations, with a focus on the global automotive, truck, and specialty vehicle aftermarket.
Leveraging over two decades of corporate finance and M&A experience, Joe stays closely connected to industry trends, enabling him to provide clients with creative solutions that meet their business objectives.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Joe was a Managing Director at Stifel where he led the firm’s auto aftermarket investment banking group. Previously, he was a Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets, where he held the same position.
Joe earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Boston College.
