Marvin provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses, with a focus on tech services.
Backed by more than a decade of experience of advising tech services businesses, Marvin has a deep understanding of the tech services sector and strives to deliver outstanding results for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Marvin was Managing Director at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Previously, he worked in Technology Investment Banking at GP Bullhound and Arma Partners in New York and London. Marvin started his career in Investment Banking at Barclays.
Marvin earned a Master of Science in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from EBS University of Business and Law.
