As Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel, Sarah is responsible for developing and supervising Lincoln’s global compliance program in its fifteen jurisdictions, including serving as the subject matter expert on SEC and FINRA regulations. Collaborating closely with leadership, she evaluates local regulations to craft, implement, communicate and uphold the firm’s compliance policies.

Previously, Sarah was Senior Counsel, Compliance at Morton Salt. Before that, she was an Assistant Inspector General for the City of Chicago and an attorney in the Chicago office of Jenner & Block LLP.

Sarah earned a juris doctor degree cum laude from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Northwestern University.
