Lincoln International adds Alex Johnston as Managing Director

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired Alex Johnston as a Managing Director to help lead the firm’s IT services efforts within the Business Services Group.

Alex will provide M&A advisory services to private equity firms and corporations, with a focus on data, AI, software development, digital products and cloud services, while also collaborating closely with professionals within the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group. He brings nearly two decades of financial services expertise to Lincoln, notably in investment banking and consulting.

With the addition of Alex, as well as European Managing Directors Lewis Gray and Vinod Stalam who joined earlier this year, Lincoln’s Business Services Group now boasts more than 90 professionals across the Americas, Asia and Europe. The globally integrated team provides customized solutions for clients across a number of business services sectors.
