Ian provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry, with a focus on software.

Leveraging his industry expertise, Ian collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique objectives, enabling him to effectively position their businesses and achieve positive results that benefit all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ian was a member of KPMG’s deal advisory group where he worked on quality of earnings and other technical accounting analyses.

Ian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
