Lincoln International adds Richard Parsons as Managing Director

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, has added Richard Parsons as Managing Director who joins the firm’s Financial Sponsors Group.

Based in London, Richard will develop relationships with sponsors focused on domestic investments in their country as well as those pursuing pan-European or global investment strategies. In partnership with colleagues across the continent, he will share compelling investment opportunities, market insights and introduce Lincoln’s full complement of advisory services to sponsors.

Lincoln International has built a strong market position in all major European commercial centers. Richard’s appointment aligns with the firm’s investments in senior expertise through lateral Managing Director hiring. To date in 2024, these efforts have resulted in seven new Managing Directors in Europe and nine globally.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Richard was Partner, Head of Private Equity Coverage at Deloitte in London. Previously, he was a Corporate Finance Generalist at Hawkpoint Partners.
