Ferdinand provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the business services and industrials sectors. He works closely with buyers and sellers across the globe on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Ferdinand leverages his more than three decades of strategy and corporate finance consulting experience to provide clients with solutions that meet their unique objectives and lead to positive transaction outcomes.
Prior to joining Lincoln International, Ferdinand worked in corporate finance at BNP Paribas for 25 years where he created the EMEA practice in support services and headed the capital goods sector. Previously, he was an independent consultant where he focused on business valuation and financial engineering projects. Prior to that, he was a Director at SESR. Ferdinand began his career in strategy consulting at Bain & Company.
Ferdinand earned a master’s degree in finance and marketing from the ESSEC Business School in Paris.
