Julie Sekinger

I build trust with clients by serving as an extension of their team to identify creative solutions to complex problems.

Julie provides capital advisory and restructuring services to companies and stakeholders, advising on the structuring and arranging of financing for acquisitions, project finances and recapitalizations. She also provides restructuring advisory services to companies and stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations driven by unfavorable economic conditions, industry or operational disruptions and other company-specific challenges.

Julie has worked with companies across many industries, including agriculture, industrials, manufacturing, software, business services, consumer and healthcare. Her wide range of expertise enables her to successfully advise clients in any situation.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Julie worked in the U.S. restructuring division of Richter Consulting where she provided financial advisory services, including business assessment, profitability improvement, liquidity management, transaction advisory and asset-based loan diligence to creditors and middle market companies. Previously, Julie structured and underwrote credit facilities for the high-risk / criticized commercial middle market and healthcare loan portfolios at Bank of America.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in finance with minors in accounting and Spanish from DePaul University.
