Ryan provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across the business services industry. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity firms and public and privately held companies.

Ryan focuses on driving successful outcomes through well-planned, efficient processes that are tailored to fit each client’s unique objectives. He combines transaction experience, industry expertise and analytical rigor to highlight strategic positioning attributes and key growth drivers while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ryan was a Manager in KPMG’s transaction advisory group where he provided financial due diligence to private equity and corporate clients.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with high honors. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
