The Deal

Lincoln International is pleased to announce that The Jordan Company has sold Watchfire to H.I.G. Capital. Lincoln’s outreach during the process included a broad set of financial and strategic buyers, resulting in considerable interest from multiple parties. Lincoln’s industry expertise and access to global strategic and financial buyers enabled a comprehensive sale process to find the right partner for Watchfire.
