Alysia Tan

As Chief Business Enablement Officer, Alysia is responsible for leading strategic technology initiatives and operational improvement at Lincoln. Leveraging her more than 25 years of deep industry knowledge, Alysia plays an integral role in leading major initiatives that drive value for the firm. She oversees all strategic technology platforms and management reporting tools that measure key performance indicators and determine senior-level compensation and manages all real estate initiatives.

In the earlier part of her career at Lincoln, Alysia provided financial advisory services to clients. Prior to joining Lincoln, Alysia spent four years at Bank One (prior to its acquisition by JP Morgan) primarily in the placements group raising capital for privately held companies. Alysia also worked at Salomon Brothers, Inc. (prior to its acquisition by Citigroup) as an Investment Banking Analyst where she focused on mergers and acquisitions assignments for the Midwest region.

Alysia earned a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of Chicago School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University.
