Team Whistle has been sold to Eleven Sports, a portfolio company of Aser Ventures

Team Whistle’s proven portfolio of unscripted, scripted and interactive shows is available across its expansive social and advertising-based video on demand media distribution network, offering multiple daily touchpoints. Powered by its data engine and proprietary research expertise, Team Whistle is able to produce new content intellectual property cost effectively, while also providing highly relevant advertising, marketing and production solutions for brands, distributors, talent, sports leagues and other media companies.

Founded by Andrea Radrizzani in 2015, Aser Ventures is an investment platform specializing in sports, media and entertainment.

Lincoln acted as the financial advisor for Team Whistle, working closely with its shareholders and management throughout the transaction process. Lincoln provided industry expertise, capital structure analysis, valuation advice and strategic guidance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
