Lincoln International Adds Jeff Cleveland as Managing Director

Bolsters Global Consumer Team’s Advisory Capabilities in Food and Beverage

Lincoln International is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Cleveland as a Managing Director. Jeff joins the firm’s Global Consumer Group, where he will partner in leading the firm’s efforts within the food and beverage sector, in addition to his responsibilities in the broader consumer industry. Jeff brings extensive experience in food and beverage, expanding the team’s advisory credentials and relationships in the sector.

Jeff brings nearly two decades of investment banking experience and a long track record of leadership in food, beverage and agriculture, along with the broader consumer market. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments, initial public offerings, private placements, recapitalizations, fairness opinions and various strategic advisory assignments.

Before joining Lincoln, Jeff was a Managing Director at D.A. Davidson & Co. where he established and led their food, beverage and agriculture investment banking practice. Previously, he was a founding member of Harris Williams & Co.’s global food and beverage and consumer investment banking practices along with its Minneapolis, Minnesota, office.
