Zack provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to business services companies. He drives highly efficient processes and brings deep industry insight and broad transaction experience to his clients, helping them consider and evaluate strategic alternatives.
Zack guides his clients through a complex decision-making process, developing long-lasting relationships and leading all stakeholders to a successful outcome.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Zack worked in dual role at PNC Bank, where he was responsible for structuring and executing senior debt transactions as well as providing primary client relationship coverage.
Zack earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University.
